cheap Fullrun tyres, not my choice as they were on the car when i brought it but they have loads of tred left. It handles great in the dry. so you think it could be the tyres? I know cheap tyres do affect the handling on a car but i didnt expect this much understeer.

It could be a big factor as I have heard cheap tyres can be absolutely useless in the wet. I'm sure someone else will have someone help on here Smile

my 180's have cheapish rubber on them and yeah mine do the same but tbh it don't really bother me that much because if its that wet i'm not gonna be pushing it to the limit anyway.

Even cheap tyres will let the car corner at decent speeds...you're probably expecting too much from the car or you're just going too fast.

I agree!

Your trying to drive the car beyond it's limits. Ease off the accelerator in wet conditions and approach corners at the correct speed and you will find that the understeer disappears.

i experienced this on my 180 it was running advents or somethings and that let go very easy! i fitted parada specs 2 and they were amazing even on track i found them excellent although i did find the back end kept trying to come round on fast corners but that was me letting of the throttle half way round

Im no way trying to drive the car beyond its limits,it happens at slow speeds most of the time when turning in to a roundabout or corner. My previous cars, civic type R,clio 172 never sufferd with understeer. So its must be the cheap tyres i have on im thinking.

Shut it u stupid little f**k, what's the point in posting in all my treads being such a c***? Least I can afford a gti180, and to get the cam belt done!

So apparently everyone knows my financial situation? If I wanted a 180 I would have bought a 180 simples Smile
