May be a silly question,
But will the headlight ajusters from phase 1 headlights fit phase 2 headlights?

Anothere silly question is there a nack to it because in the past I've broken a few plastic ball joints, is it easier to wind them all way down?

Make sure you wind it so all of the ball joint is out from the adjuster as much as possible. Think this makes the bulb face down iirc. Then twist the whole black unit 90degrees roughly to whatever direction it should go depending on which liight. Here it should pop out enough for you to roughly see which way it then needs to slide out to get the ball to the bigger area where you can get it out without breaking.
