Hi there, been changing my rear shocks over to the AVO ones and read through my haynes book for to torque settings and to me they seem very high, 150nm for the bottom bolt but only 70 for the bottom? i don't want to damage the bushes over tightening them

just seems very tight to me, can't see why the bottom ones half the torque

Meh, haynes probably got it off service box
So thats factory, so just do it
